Audi is bringing its digital showroom concept to another major metropolis: the sixth Audi City worldwide opens today in Moscow. In the immediate vicinity of Red Square, inside the bustling Nikol’skaya Plaza shopping mall, visitors to the 600 square meter (6,458 sq ft) space are treated to a virtual experience of the complete product portfolio from the four rings.
The two stories of Audi City Moscow feature three floor-to-ceiling powerwalls for that. Here, customers can configure their personal dream car from several hundred million options to choose from. The powerwalls offer a realistic, full-size display of the Audi they want. Even the smallest equipment details are shown precisely and at high resolution. Two Customer Private Lounges with separate multi-touch tables and a multimedia wall are available for personal consultations.
In addition to digital consultation elements and suites, Audi City Moscow also offers an exclusive Audi Sport area where visitors can immerse themselves in the high-performance world of the brand. Audi City Moscow also offers space to relax in the stylish atmosphere of its VIP Room.
The first Audi City went online in London back in 2012, with additional locations following in Beijing, Berlin, Istanbul and, just a few weeks ago, in Paris as well. This is creating showrooms worldwide that combine digital sales with the strengths of the stationary dealership. The brand with the four rings meanwhile continues to develop its digital technologies for the Audi City locations and will successively introduce them in traditional dealerships as well.
